Yes the schools are on two weeks holidays, which means that things are a bit quieter at Club head quarters.

No rushing off for breakfast club every morning, but we are still out there with food and support.

We pick up 8 huge pallets of cereals from Hubbard’s which we will divide out between the schools and community.

We had a fantastic response to our winter clothing collection and on the last day of term picked up 10 bags from Botany Trust Op shop and were donated a huge amount of baby clothes from St Columbia pre school.  We also received 6 bags of clothes from Mt Albert Primary as well.

We were given a lovely donation of a wheelbarrow and general gardening equipment as well as a bench top over to be used for the Glen Innes Garden To Table projects. Thank you Trish Woodcock.

All these wonderful donations will be handed out where they are needed over the coming weeks.
