When Peter Gordon first started his Cooking School, Breakfast Club were invited to bring students from Glen Innes, Glen Taylor and St Kentigern College to attend, and they were taught how to create a pasta dish.
When I heard that this Cooking Class was to close and move to a new location, I could not accept the invitation to attend his farewell quick enough.
On the 17th of April I was one of about 40 people that attended this day. Everyone (except me) bought a dish to celebrate. The food was of a huge standard.
While we were eating the prepared meals, Peter was creating an incredible dish himself, of which I seem to be the first to try it (and second, third and fourth).
Peter we wish you all the best in your future endeavors – and yes I would love to bring our kids again.
