On the 13th of March the Ted Manson Foundation delivered to Glen Innes School a brand new 11 seater Toyota van for their use for transporting children and their work in Truancy. This is the first time the school has had a vehicle for the past 17 years with the last one belonging to Tamaki Intermediate and passed on when that school closed.
This vehicle only had the delivery mileage on it and had been newly wrapped in graphic designs. It was also great news to hear that the Ted Manson Foundation requested that we use this vehicle for Glen Innes School and Truancy Issues.
This van is a privilege to drive and the children struggle to realize that they have a brand new van at their school for the first time in the school’s history. The children really feel special and to date that have treated their trips in the van with the respect a new vehicle deserves.
